Welcome to the Nairobi SAPE Gala 2026. By purchasing a ticket and attending our event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
All tickets purchased for the Nairobi SAPE Gala 2026 are valid only for the date and venue specified: May 23, 2026, at Emara Ole-Sereni, Mombasa Road, Nairobi, Kenya. Tickets are non-transferable between ticket tiers.
This event is open to adults aged 18 years and above. Valid identification may be required at the venue entrance.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct we deem disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate.
All ticket prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes. Payment must be completed at the time of booking. We currently support bank transfers. Card payments will only be enabled after a certified processor is integrated.

We reserve the right to make changes to the event program, venue, or date due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified via email and given the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.
To request a refund under eligible circumstances, please contact us at events.sapegala@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your ticket ID.
Entry to the event requires presentation of your ticket QR code, either digitally on your mobile device or as a printed ticket. Lost or damaged tickets may result in denied entry.
Each ticket is valid for one-time entry only. Once checked in, re-entry may not be permitted. Tickets that have already been scanned will not be accepted for additional entry.
All attendees are subject to security screening upon entry. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, and professional recording equipment.
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. Harassment, discrimination, violence, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.
The Nairobi SAPE Gala is a formal event. Attendees are expected to dress in formal or business formal attire. We reserve the right to deny entry to those not meeting the dress code.
Professional photographers and videographers will be present at the event. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded and grant us the right to use such images and recordings for promotional purposes.
Personal photography and mobile phone recording for personal use are permitted. However, commercial recording, live streaming, or professional equipment require prior written permission.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property at the event. Please keep your valuables secure at all times.
While we take reasonable precautions to ensure attendee safety, we are not liable for personal injury, illness, or accidents occurring at the event unless caused by our gross negligence.
We shall not be held liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism.
Your personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used solely for event management and communication purposes. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.
All content, branding, logos, and materials related to the Nairobi SAPE Gala 2026 are the intellectual property of the event organizers and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our ticketing services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or your attendance at the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
